Demo Patcher

Patches demo files (or a zip file containing a single demo) to:

• Make demos from before July 2023 playable in current day TF2
• Add STV flag to make spectating other players possible in POV demos
• Fix other issues like broken headers

The file is never uploaded and is processed locally in your browser.

This is best effort - it should work with most demos but a 100% success rate is not guaranteed.
